Note that in this new platform:
– a “course card” is equivalent to a “pack”.
– each course is worth a certain number of “credits”.
– an “Invoice” section appears, allowing you to download your invoices directly from your account.
All your data has been preserved, no worries.
If you had any sessions left on a course card or subscription on your old account, don't worry, these sessions have been transferred to your new account in the form of credits!
You can access your remaining credits from your account, in the “Course Card” section.

1 session = 12 credits
Our studios now operate with a credit system!
When switching to credit, we transferred the sessions to credits by applying “1 session = 12 credits”: easy to navigate!
With credits, you can benefit from lower prices on times with lower demand and generally speaking, prices are more advantageous today than before.
The credits required per session depend on different criteria such as: type of session, attendance, schedule.
Tomorrow the sessions will cost, depending on demand, 10, 12 or 14 credits, which will help to alleviate certain slots which are saturated by encouraging those who can to go to certain less popular slots.

Your subscription has been transferred to your account and remains unchanged.
- Weekly (1 session per week): your subscription does not change, you will always have access to one session per week in the concept in which you subscribed.
Unfortunately, we cannot apply the same benefits to them as Sanctuary subscriptions. You can upgrade them to one of our new offers at any time to access all the studios.
- 4 or 6 sessions per month: your subscription does not change, but it now gives you access to other Sanctuary concepts.
The commitment duration and the rate of withdrawal remain unchanged.
We have simplified our subscription offer to offer an even more flexible experience to our members.
From now on, we only offer two types of subscriptions:4 session subscription and the8 session subscription.
These subscriptions are billed weekly, providing more convenient and flexible scheduling for our members. The withdrawal day is that of subscription (example: I subscribe on Thursday, the withdrawal will take place every Thursday).
In addition, the credits are valid for 4 weeks and usable in all Sanctuary concepts.
They are available with two commitment duration options: 6 months and 1 year. Members can choose the option that best fits their needs and commitment to their health and wellness.
The Sanctuary Pass: access via a single customer account to all the concepts and studios of the Family Sanctuary.
Everything is centralized within the Sanctuary mobile application (downloadable from iOS And Android), designed to provide an unprecedented experience for our members.
It allows access to all Sanctuary studios with a single pass, thus offering the possibility of enjoying the best fitness experiences in one place :
1. Access to all your favorite studios with one pass, eliminating the need for multiple memberships.
2. Using old credits to access all Sanctuary Studios, providing a seamless transition to the new system.
3. Easy navigation between the different available fitness studios and concepts.
4. Simple and convenient booking of sessions directly from the app, allowing members to schedule their sessions in just a few clicks.
By joining the Sanctuary Pass, you can vary your sessions by exploring different fitness concepts each day, each offering a different experience:
- The Boxing Circle – 50% boxing / 50% bootcamp
- Studio Poses – Yoga / barre / pilates
- Space cycle – Indoor cycling
- DRIP Hiit – Circuit training
- Decibel – Dance workout
- Aqua by – Aquacycling
With the new Sanctuary Pass credit system, here are the prices updated for the different session options:
- 35€ = 1 session = 16 credits
- 149€ = 5 sessions = 14 credits / session – 70 credits
- 279€ = 10 sessions = 14 credits / session – 140 credits
- 499€ = 20 sessions = 13 credits / session – 260 credits
- 799€ = 40 sessions = 12 credits / session – 480 credits
Please note that credit validity periods remain unchanged, providing flexibility to use your credits according to your own schedule and preferences.
By purchasing a session for €35, we find it important to let you ability to access all sessions : off-peak sessions, peak sessions, special sessions, etc.
If you do not use all the credits, they can be carried over to your current pack on simple request, within the limit of their validity.

Your customer accounts are merged and grouped under one single customer account. The data from the different accounts are grouped together to form one.
It's surprising but it will only be your personal information (surname, first name, and address), which will be grouped under a single customer account. Your purchase and reservation history will be limited to that of the club concerned.
1. In the menu, click on “My Account” and log in.
2. Go to the “History” section of your account.
3. In the “Upcoming Reservations” list, click on the “Close” cross next to the reservation you wish to cancel.
4. Confirm the cancellation by clicking on the “CONFIRM” button.
Reminder: Any cancellation or modification of a session must be made at least 12 hours before the start of the session. Otherwise, the Member will have the reserved session deducted.
Make sure you arrive 20 minutes before the start of the session. If it's your first time, the team welcoming you will explain everything about the session. Once you have gone through the box “cloakrooms“, the studio will open its doors to you 5 minutes before the start of the session. This will give you time to settle in and adjust your bike. Once installed, the coach will arrive in turn and the music will take you on a journey 45 minutes of riding. The coach will accompany you throughout the journey.

At SPACE CYCLE, all sessions are open to beginners, intermediates, advanced…The coaches are there to make you ride!

Just take a tsports outfit and your water bottle, we provide the right shoes!
If you forget your water bottle, we sell bottles of water at the studio reception.
Our studio isfully equipped : towels, water fountains, code lockers, shower & care products, hair dryers and straighteners…
